On top of the very timely appointment being set, the tech, Matt, showed up on time with a courtesy call ahead. He was polite and fixed the window right there on the spot. The repair cost less than I had thought it would and he was in and out on an hour and a half. He even took all precautions to not get glass anywhere and cleaned up like he wasn't even there. Repair looks great! Will Def be a repeat customer!

Glass Doctor did a great job replacing broken windows at our home. They quickly ordered the parts and contacted us when they were in stock. Our service technician (Noah) was polite professional and courteous. The service provided was outstanding.

UPDATED REVIEW (5 stars): Within hours of submitting my review, I received a very professional call from one of the owners who genuinely wanted to make things right. He offered to come get the carpet cleaned today and promised to remind his crew to treat every home like their own. I really appreciated the prompt and thoughtful follow-up. ORIGINAL REVIEW (3 stars): Install of replacement glass into our sliding patio door appears to have been well done, but technicians (while very friendly) were not prepared to keep the carpet clean or thoroughly cleanup remnant broken glass -- inside or out -- after the install. For nearly $900, I would think some shoe covers and a decent vacuum would be included in the service. I spent an hour cleaning the footprints off the carpet and was picking up random shards of glass for days.

Glass Doctor just finished replacing all the thermal glass units on our bay window, and three large doublehung windows. These are Andersen Windows, 30+ years old, and several units had lost their gas seal; but otherwise they were in great condition. So Glass Doctor was half the cost of Renewal by... and way less than replacement as well. Technicians were professional and a pleasure to have at our home. A+

I had numerous windows that were out of warranty and had issues with fogging between the glass panes. After my initial call, it was only two days before they were out for an estimate. Two days after that, I received the estimate. They then said it would be about two weeks to order the glass and then they would call to schedule the repairs. The glass was in sooner than two weeks and they were out right away to get the repairs done. They also have an easy to use credit card site to pay now so no need for a check. Very impressed with the overall process. Would definitely recommend.
